Ze French cat ofCat R. Waul's cat gang. He may seem out of place but he's just as ferocious as the rest of the cats. Not much is known about him, he's often in the background though. He is defeated with the rest of the Cactus Cat Gang at the end of the film, but does not appear in Fievel's American Tails.
