The Outlaw Cats are a gang of sewer cats who are a group of supporting antagonists from An American Tail: The Mystery of the Night Monster.
Bio[]
The Outlaw Cats live in the sewers and are led by Twitch. They used to roam the streets and catch mice easy. But then after the Mice build their fortress wall that provided security for the mice, the cats went out of business and were starving. Because of this, they made a deal with Madame Mousey to create a monster machine that captures all the mice in New York and take them to the sewers where they will become food for the cats. But when the plan failed, the Outlaw Cats were last seen fleeing up East Avenue, and were not seen again.

- The Outlaw Cats are based on the Mott Street Maulers from the first film.
- The Mott Street Maulers, on the other hand, were evacuated to Hong Kong after being chased off by The Giant Mouse of Minsk, alongside Warren T. Rat except Tiger.
